Pricing & Payment
What does a project actually cost?
Every package is published with a fixed price. Film starts at $1,800 for a 15-second spot, web at $2,500 for a landing page, custom tools at $3,800 for an internal tool, automations at $1,800 for a single workflow, agents at $4,500 for an agent pilot, and app development at $9,500 for an MVP sprint. Why fixed price instead of a proposal?
Our packages are productized, so the deliverable list is decided before you pay rather than negotiated afterwards. Published rates mean you can compare and decide without a call. When your idea sits outside a package we tell you, instead of padding one to fit.
How do payments work?
You pay for the package at checkout, and the order then moves through the pipeline. Larger packages are marked SCOPE REVIEW and wait for a person to confirm the brief before any build work is dispatched. Payment is by card through our checkout.
Is there anything charged on top of the package price?
The package price covers the deliverables listed on that package. Third-party licensed elements — music, stock, model providers — pass through under their own license terms and are disclosed at delivery. [TODO: confirm whether any third-party costs are billed separately or included]
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
Brief it anyway. A person reads every brief that doesn't match a package and responds within 24 hours with either the closest package or a custom quote. Custom engagements start at $15,000, and if the work isn't a fit we say so and point you elsewhere.
Can I cancel after paying?
At the BRIEF stage you can cancel any time before scope confirmation for a full refund, and at SCOPE you can cancel before the job is dispatched to build, also for a full refund. Once the job is dispatched into BUILD the package is non-refundable — work stops on request and everything produced to that point is delivered as-is. DELIVER is non-refundable, though remaining revision rounds still apply. Full detail is on the terms page.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Scope & Process
What do you need from me to start?
A brief. Our AI intake interview asks you questions and turns your idea into a structured spec while you watch it fill in, so you don't have to write a document first. After that you only need to be reachable for scope confirmation and for your revision notes.
What does SCOPE REVIEW mean and how long does it take?
Packages marked SCOPE REVIEW wait at the SCOPE stage until a person confirms your brief matches the package — within 24 hours. Everything else enters the build queue immediately. Review exists so nobody starts building the wrong thing.
What are the four stages?
BRIEF, SCOPE, BUILD, DELIVER. Every project moves through the same four, and you can see which one yours is in at any moment from your project page.
How much of the work is done by AI?
The production work runs on agent pipelines: that's how a fixed price and a short turnaround are possible. People set the direction and approve the output. Agents produce; they don't decide.
Who reviews the output before it reaches me?
A person. Scope, quality, and delivery are each approved by a human before anything moves forward, and consequential actions inside our own agent systems wait for approval too.
Can I see progress while it's being built?
Yes. Progress lands on your project timeline as it happens, so there are no status calls and no account manager to chase.
Do you do ongoing retained work or only projects?
The published packages are all fixed-scope projects. The Full Build package includes 30 days of post-launch support, and automation and agent packages hand over with a runbook so your team can operate them. [TODO: confirm whether ongoing retainers are offered and at what rate]
Revisions & Delivery
How many revisions do I get?
It depends on the package, and the count is listed in its deliverables. One round on Landing Page, Workflow Automation, and the 15-Second Spot; two rounds on Marketing Site, Web Platform, MVP Sprint, Internal Tool, Ops Dashboard, Automation Suite, Agent Pilot, and the 60-Second Brand Film; three rounds on Full Build, Agent Fleet, and the Short-Film Pilot.
What counts as a revision versus new scope?
A revision round is one consolidated set of notes against the agreed brief. Requests that change the brief are new scope, quoted separately. Revisions re-enter the pipeline at the BUILD stage and are returned within the package's stated turnaround, restarted. You can read the same definition on the terms page.

What happens after delivery?
Files, repos, and masters arrive in your portal and are yours to download. Any remaining revision rounds still apply, including after a cancellation at the DELIVER stage. Work beyond the agreed brief is new scope and is quoted separately.
How fast is delivery?
Each package publishes its own turnaround, from 7 days for a landing page, a 15-second spot, or a single workflow automation, up to 60 days for a full application build. The clock is on that package's stated turnaround.
Ownership & Rights
Who owns the code you write?
You do. On final payment the client owns all project-specific deliverables — source repositories, deployed applications, project files, and design assets — and the assignment covers all rights FuturEdge holds, plus unrestricted commercial use.
Who owns the film masters?
You do. Film masters and cutdowns are project-specific deliverables and transfer to the client on final payment on the same terms as software.
Can I use the film commercially?
Yes — the assignment includes unrestricted commercial use. Third-party licensed elements such as music and stock pass through under their own license terms, which we disclose at delivery, so check those before a use they don't cover.
Is there anything you keep?
FuturEdge retains ownership of its production pipeline, agent architecture, orchestration systems, internal tooling, and prompt libraries, along with any reusable components not specific to your project. You receive a perpetual license to use these as embedded in your deliverable.
Can I copyright AI-generated work?
FuturEdge assigns all rights it holds in AI-generated elements, but does not warrant the copyright registrability of AI-generated material. Human creative direction is documented per project.
Will you show my project publicly?
FuturEdge may reference completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

Who is FuturEdge?
A small AI-first venture studio that produces films and software with agent orchestration at the centre of the studio rather than at the edge of it. It was founded by Jason Stith. We stay small on purpose so decisions stay fast and the pipeline stays legible — more on the about page.
What's the difference between Automations and Agents?
Automations run a process the same way every time. Agents make decisions inside the process, and are shipped with an evaluation set and a human gate. If the work needs a model to decide something, it's an Agents package.
What's the difference between a Landing Page and a Marketing Site?
A Landing Page is a single page at $2,500 in 7 days, with copy polish, analytics, and deployment. A Marketing Site is $6,500 in 21 days and covers up to 8 pages with content structure, CMS-ready copy, technical SEO, and lead forms. Neither includes user accounts or a logged-in product — that's the Web Platform package.
What's the difference between an MVP Sprint and a Full Build?
An MVP Sprint is $9,500 in 21 days: a deployed web app with auth, database, hosting, a design system, and the source repository — enough to put a real product in front of users. A Full Build is $32,000 in 60 days: a multi-surface application with payments, admin tooling, third-party integrations, and 30 days of post-launch support. Sprint tests the idea; Full Build runs the business.
How do I know a package is wrong for me?
Every package on the pricing page lists what it is not a fit for, alongside what it includes. If your requirement appears in that list, the package above it is usually the right one — and if none of them fit, brief it anyway and a person will tell you within 24 hours.
Do you take on work you can't do well?
No. We say so and point elsewhere rather than stretching a package around work that doesn't fit it.
